Once we've established which trip is right for you, a deposit must be made to hold your space. We accept VISA, Mastercard, personal cheques or wire transfers. Through our agent, we can also arrange for the purchase of cancellation insurance which we highly recommend.
As your trip draws nearer we can help you to arrange any extra accommodations, transportation or additional skiing your stay with Great Canadian is all-inclusive, but you may be interested in adding on a ski day at a nearby world-class resort like Kicking Horse or Lake Louise.
Deposits:
To secure your space we require deposits of $500 CAN for 2 through 4-day packages or $1000 CAN for 5 and 7-day packages, we require 15% for Private or Semi-Private packages. The deposit is refundable up until May 1, 2007 for the ’07/’08 season, and May 1, 2008 for the ’08/’09 season. After May 1st, the deposit becomes non-refundable. We accept Visa, Mastercard, wire transfers, and personal cheques.
Wire transfers must include all of the following details in order to successfully reach our bank account:

Full Payment:
Full payment is due 14 weeks prior to your trip or November 1 before the season, whichever comes first. Full payment on the due date is required to hold booked spots. Any spots held by deposit will be subject to cancellation if payment is not received by the full payment date. We accept MC, Visa, personal cheques or wire transfers. Payments in US funds will be credited to your account using the exchange rate in effect upon deposit at the bank. This rate is subject to change without notice.
Insurance:
When you make a reservation with Great Canadian Heli-Skiing you agree to the terms and conditions published in our "Prices and Information" booklet for that season. Our cancellation policy clearly states that the funds that you have deposited are absolutely non-refundable after May 1 of the year before the season in which you book. We strongly recommend that you purchase Cancellation and Interruption Insurance. This insurance is available through our office and must be purchased at the time of initial deposit. Rates vary depending on your age and the price of your package.
Cancellations:
We will refund all payments made, less the non-refundable deposit in Canadian funds, for cancellations received in writing (letter, or fax: 250-344-2316) 14 full weeks prior to the commencement date of your trip, or November 1 before the season, whichever comes first. If you are unable to make your trip after the cancellation date, the package you purchased is transferable to another person during that season. If we can find a replacement for your spot, we will defer your package payment to another booking in the following season.

You can download and read the Great Canadian Heli-Skiing Waiver before you book your package. This waiver will affect your legal rights and you will be required to sign a copy of this waiver at the lodge before being allowed to ski or snowboard with us.
Please note:
The nature of our business requires that we make significant commitments of highly-trained personnel and expensive equipment well in advance of your skiing with us. We do this to ensure that you have the best holiday possible when you arrive. As such, we cannot refund customers who cannot make it at the last minute. No refunds will be given for any unused portion of any trip.
